The American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine is the premier organization that addresses the clinical and professional educational needs of physicians and scientists; assures excellence in patient care utilizing regional anesthesia and pain medicine; and investigates the scientific basis of the specialty. The vision of ASRA is to affiliate into one organization all anesthesiologists, other physicians and scientists and thereby promote the advancement of scientific knowledge through education and research about the multi-faceted uses of regional anesthesia for health care.
