Room rates are $189.00 single/double occupancy taxes.
This rate will be offered for arrivals up to three days prior to the meeting and for departure up to three days after the meeting, based on room availability. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at (504) 561-0500; please ask for the group rate established by the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Meeting. Reservations require a credit card guarantee or one night's deposit; which is refundable if cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival.
The cut-off date to make your hotel reservations is Friday, October 14, 2011. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be subject to availability. Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out is 12:00 noon.
