Room rates are $189 for single/double occupancy plus tax. Rates will be offered for arrivals up to three days prior to the meeting and for departure up to three days after the meeting, based on availability. Reservations may be made by either calling the hotel at (800) 233-1234 and mention the block code ASRA or online.

Reservations require a credit card guarantee or a one night deposit. Cancellation policy is within 72 hours prior to arrival. The cut-off date to make your hotel reservations is Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be subject to space availability.

Both self-parking and valet parking are available. Self parking is $23 daily and valet parking is $33 daily.
