Registration and Accommodation

The registration fee for the ASRA 2009 Annual Pain Medicine Meeting and Workshops includes admission to the refresher courses, parallel sessions, plenary sessions, poster discussion sessions, exhibits, reception with exhibitors, four continental breakfasts, lunch on Friday, coffee breaks, and the meeting syllabus on USB drive. Registration for the Annual Pain Medicine Meeting and Workshops is required for one to register for any optional workshops or PBLDs, which are a separate fee. Details are listed below. Cancellation fees are listed on the registration form. The pre-registration deadline date is Friday, October 23, 2009.

At the 2009 Fall Pain Meeting, attendees will not receive a printed syllabus.  Attendees will receive a flash drive will all materials on it. In addition, attendees will be able to access the syllabus on this website prior to the start of the meeting. An email will be sent to all meeting attendees.

Online registration is encouraged.
