ASRA is recognized as a leading organization that advances the science and practice of pain medicine. The newly established ASRA Chronic Pain Medicine Research Grant aims to promote and facilitate high quality evidence based outcome research in pain medicine. Results of evidence based pain research will guide clinical practice for pain physicians and improve patient health care across the country. This kind of high quality research is needed to evaluate and document the beneficial impact of pain interventions and treatments on patient care. In the absence of objective outcome data, reimbursement to pain physicians may be denied for the service provided.
To achieve these goals, ASRA invites and appreciates your financial support to this Chronic Pain Medicine Research fund. Both individual and corporate donations are welcome. ASRA is committed to be the largest contributor to this research fund, and to facilitate a rapid growth of funds towards high caliber pain research....
Your support to this fund will be recognized by the ASRA Board of Directors at the annual meetings.
