Denis Patterson, DO, is a board-certified pain medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. He is the
founder and owner of Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists in Reno, NV. He was nominated as one of the top 25 physicians in Northern Nevada by Nevada Business Magazine in 2012 and 2013. In 2013, under the leadership of Dr. Patterson,
Northern Nevada Medical Center’s Pain Center became the first (and only) center in the nation to achieve Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for lower back pain. Recently, Dr. Patterson won the Northern Nevada 2021 Innovator of the Year award
by Nevada Business Magazine.
David Rosenblum, MD, currently serves as the director of pain management at Maimonides Medical Center and AABP Integrative Pain
Care located in Brooklyn and Great Neck, NY. As a part of the Department of Anesthesiology, he is involved in teaching, research, CME activities, and was key faculty in developing the anesthesiology residency's regional anesthesia block rotation,
as well as institutional-wide acute and chronic pain management protocols to ensure safe and effective pain management. He is one of the earliest interventional pain physicians to integrate ultrasound guidance to improve the safety and accuracy of
interventional pain procedures. He is a leader in interventional pain management education, has helped over 3,000 pain physicians pass their board certification exam, and continues to provide pain physicians with up-to-date education and news.
