HF10 Therapy Overview

Friday, November 20, 1:00 – 1:45 pm (lunch included, Fontaine Ballroom)
Non-CME Promotional Session organized by: Nevro
Faculty: Dr. Kasra Amirdelfan, MD and Dr. Leonardo Kapural, MD, PhD
Moderator: Dr. Robert Levy, MD

The lunch symposium will discuss HF10 therapy, an advanced SCS therapy that provides electrical pulses at a rate up to 10,000 Hz (10 kHz), as compared to traditional SCS, which utilizes low frequency stimulation, typically between 40 Hz & 60 Hz. HF10 therapy also differs from traditional SCS in that it provides pain relief without paresthesia. Long-term results from the SENZA-RCT will be presented, which is the largest study in SCS history providing comparative level 1 evidence for back and leg pain.
