Faculty

Shan Padda, Harvard MedTech Founder and CEO, has an impressive record as an entrepreneur and investor in the medical technology and healthcare industries. A member of the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame and a past Illinois High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year, he has founded four companies that were either taken public or sold to private buyers. A past member of the World Economic Forum, he is a frequent speaker at medical industry gatherings worldwide. He is a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, where Harvard MedTech is based, and a graduate of Harvard University.

Yeshvant A. Navalgund, MD, brings the unique perspective of a clinician on the front lines of pain management as well as being a nationally known leader within his profession. The founder of DNA Advanced Pain Treatment Center, a large independent pain practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he serves as President of the Pennsylvania Pain Society and as an assistant clinical professor at West Virginia University in the Department of Anesthesiology's Center for Integrative Pain Management. Dr. Navalgund also maintains an appointment as an assistant professor for research at the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, a national center of excellence focused on the intersection between medicine and technology. Dr. Navalgund is also Medical Director and Board Member of the National Bioskills Laboratories.
