1. Meeting Venue 

Visit the meeting site here.

  • Upon registration, you will receive an email from with a unique link to login to the meeting site. Please allow at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or 1 hour after the event begins to receive this email.
  • Once in the meeting site, please go to "Account" and choose "Edit my profile" where you can add your photo, a bio, your Twitter handle, and other details you choose.
  • Choose "Program" and "Agenda" to view sessions. Click on the plus sign next to any session to add it to your personal agenda. Enter text into the "Search" bar in the upper right and narrow by track or keyword.

2. There's a contest!

Check out "Engage & Play" for information on our contest! Earn badges for different activities throughout the meeting, and you could win a free membership. The grand-prize winner will receive a free registration and hotel stay for the 20th Annual Pain Medicine Meeting, being held in San Francisco, CA! 

3.  Educational Materials and Presentations

Presentations will be recorded and available for replay as soon as possible on the meeting site. Educational materials will be available on the meeting event site. Materials will be available after the meeting, up to one year, for educational purposes only. None of the materials should be further distributed or reproduced.

4.   Get Support

If you're having any technical trouble or have questions about the meeting, please go to "Account" and choose "Get Support" on the meeting app. Or, email

5.   Exhibitor Experience

Visit our exhibitors under the "Exhibitor Experience" tab. You can connect with company representatives for a chat, download materials, or set up appointments. Our meeting is made possible in part because of the generosity of our exhibitors, so please stop over to say hello and learn more about their products and services!

6.  Special Event Tickets

There are none! All events are available to all registrants, so explore the site and make the most of the experience!

Here are a few Special Events to check out:

  • Welcome Reception and Exhibitor Experience - Friday, 8:30-10 pm ET

Cap off day one of the meeting with your favorite glass of wine or bubbly in the comfort of your favorite chair while networking with friends, colleagues, and exhibitors. Explore the exhibit hall and take the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with an exhibitor to learn more about their products and services. You can also visit sponsored chat rooms for a brief session on wine varietals. Thank you to Abbott, Pajunk Medical Systems, and ASRA for hosting the wine chats!

  • Wellness Breaks - throughout the program

We've got several opportunities for you to relax and refresh including yoga, mindfulness, and fun video escapes!  Check them out during the breaks!

  • New Member Meet and Greet - Saturday, 11-11:45 am ET

Hang out in a chat with other new members as well as ASRA leaders and staff to learn how to get the most out of your ASRA membership!

  • John J. Bonica Award Lectureship - Saturday, 4:45-6 pm ET

2020 recipient Dr. Philip Peng, professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine of University of Toronto, will present "Joint Anatomy - From Innervation to Innovation." Professor Peng will describe and summarize the work of his team in the investigation of the anatomy of joint innervation of hip, knee, and shoulder. From there, he will talk about how he translates this knowledge to clinical practice in the field of regional anesthesia and pain medicine. 

  • Resident/Fellow, Pain Program Directors, and Fellowship Directors Reception - Saturday, 6-6:45 pm ET

Free to all Residents and Fellows; no registration required

Jointly organized by: ASRA and the Association of Pain Program Directors (APPD)

This is a great way for trainees to meet the program and fellowship directors, including members of the Association of Pain Program Directors (APPD) and North American Fellowship Directors. 

  • Saturday Night Virtual Dance Party - Saturday, 8:15-9:30 pm ET

Get ready to boogie! We will mix, mingle, and dance away the night! Do you have a favorite song? Let the DJ know in advance in the session chat.  Watch for mixologist Darci Kendall, who will share special event drinks – alcoholic and non-alcoholic so everyone joins in the fun!

  • NP/PA/Nurse Meet and Greet - Sunday, 11-11:45 am ET

    Network with other NP/PA/Nurse attendees, led by members of ASRA's Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Clinical Nurse Special Interest Group.

8.  Friends and Colleagues, Old and New

Chat and discussion: Every session and every booth has space for attendees to start conversations before and during scheduled times. Pro tip: As you reserve spots to set up your personal agenda, type what you are most looking forward to hearing about or ask a question.

Request a private meeting with other attendees and faculty by clicking their profile in the People tab. The event site makes it easy for you to privately connect via audio and video. The private meeting will show up on your personal agendas.

9. Evaluations and CME Certificates

Your opinion matters! Evaluate sessions and faculty within each session. Evaluate the overall meeting and obtain your CME certificate by accessing the online system before December 15. Find more information on CME credits and certificates here.

10. Attendance Policies

Attendee cancellation and refunds
Registration fees for the 19th Annual Pain Medicine Meeting are fully refundable if cancellation is received in writing no later than one (1) week prior to the event commencement. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds or credits be granted. 

Attendee no-shows
No refunds or credits will be given to “no shows.”

Attendee guests/accompanying persons
All event activities, presentations, and session materials are exclusively reserved for registered attendees.

Photography and recording privileges
ASRA reserves exclusive rights to photograph and/or record (audio and video) all event proceedings and participants for use in marketing materials, presentations, and course content reproductions (online or other). Photography and/or recording by individuals is not permitted in the scientific, educational, and business meetings during any ASRA event, unless specifically pre-authorized by ASRA. Individuals granted such privileges shall be properly registered for the event and issued the proper proof of privileges (press badge or other).

ASRA modification or cancellation
ASRA reserves the right to modify the event’s schedule or program, as necessary. ASRA also reserves the right to cancel this event, in which case a full refund of the registration fee will be provided. ASRA is unable to refund any attendee personal expenses in the case of ASRA cancellation.

Mailing list and attendee contact information
Attendees are asked during the registration process if they would like their information to be shared with other attendees. You are also able to edit your personal profile information at any time.

During the registration process, attendees are additionally asked if their information, including name, degree, title, organization, mailing address, and email address, may be shared with industry partners.
