  • UC Davis Medical Center is 625-bed acute-care teaching hospital and level I trauma center. UC Davis admits more than 30,000 patients per year and handles nearly 1 million visits.
  • 6 Pain Medicine Fellows; Start date August 1 
  • Comprehensive education and training in pain medicine through mentorship, research and clinical care.
  • 8 Interventional Pain Attendings, 2 Pain Psychology Specialists, 2 Pain Pharmacists, 2 Acupuncturists, and 2 Private Practice Adjunct Faculty
  • Approximately 25 weeks of procedures with neuromodulation exposure including DRG, SCS, and PNS. Robust ultrasound exposure with procedures at 3 clinical sites including prolotherapy, large joint injections, and nerve blocks.
  • Cancer pain exposure including regular rotations at the UCD Cancer Center and intrathecal pump implantation and management.
  • Ongoing active IRB research including neuromodulation patient selection, virtual reality applications, ultrasound imaging for estimating epidural depth, and low back pain PET imaging.
