The Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine fellowship is an integral component of the Cleveland Clinic mission, which is : To provide better care of the sick, investigation into their problems, and further education of those who serve. This fellowship is ACGME accredited and requires applicants to have successfully completed an ACGME, ACGME-I or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or CFPC-accredited residency program located in Canada in order to apply.

Fellowships are offered in all accredited subspecialty areas:

• Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine

• Pain Medicine
• Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine
• Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
• Obstetric Anesthesiology

In addition, formal fellowships are offered in Neuroanesthesiology, Liver Transplantation Anesthesiology, Perioperative Medicine, Cardiothoracic Intensive Care and Anesthesia Research.
