Description

The pain medicine fellowship within the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is an ACGME-approved one-year multidisciplinary training program. We accept eight fellows per year, offering exceptional training in a supportive, interpersonal environment. We divide our training program into four core rotations: acute inpatient, chronic inpatient, office, and fluoroscopy. In addition, two weeklong subspecialty rotations in neurology (headache), psychiatry (addiction medicine), physical medicine and rehabilitation, palliative care, and anesthesiology (for non-anesthesia fellows) are a part of the overall curriculum. We round out the educational experience with weekly pain division grand rounds, case conferences, and journal clubs.

All applications to this program are to be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®).
