Exhibit Hall Grand Opening

Thursday • 4:45-6:00 pm • Exhibit Hall
Free to all attendees

Cap off day one of the meeting with your first chance to discover the exhibit hall and its vast array of products and services. The hall will look a little different this year with one-way aisles and extra space for social distancing but you are sure to be greeted with a big smile behind those masks.  And, check out the last stop on the floor as there will be a special treat waiting just for you!


Morning Run

Friday • 6:30 am • Yacht Club Lobby

Start your day off with an invigorating run. Runners should report by 6:30 am to the Yacht Club Lobby. There are two jogging paths to choose from. The run around Crescent Lake is approximately 0.8 miles. Or, tackle the 3k path for a longer morning workout.

Dr. Kayser Enneking

Celebrate cutting-edge research with the Carl Koller Memorial Research Grant Update and the Gaston Labat lecture by award recipient F. Kayser Enneking, MD, professor in the departments of anesthesiology and orthopedics and rehabilitation at the University of Florida (UF) College of Medicine in Gainesville.

We will also take this opportunity to recognize the 2020 Gaston Labat Award recipient, Dr. Guy Weinberg. Dr. Weinberg was not able to share his lecture due to the cancellation of the 2020 spring meeting.

ASRA Annual Meeting Celebration: Shipwreck Beach

Saturday • 7:00-10:00 pm • Shipwreck Beach
Tickets: $50 member, $75 non-member, $30 children 9 and under

Before you head home and back to your normal routine, plan to spend our last evening together with your toes in the sand and a drink in your hand!  This year’s event is a kid-friendly, casual beach party with something for everyone: BBQ, cocktails, games, music, and DisneyBounding.  Create an outfit from your closet inspired by a favorite Disney character and you may win a fabulous prize.  So, grab your flip flops, invite your family and friends, and see you on Shipwreck Beach! Ticket prices include food, open bar, and entertainment.
